Where can you find a finnish spitz in illinois and what do you think of the dog.?

I just love the way the finnish spitz looks and from what i have heard they have a great temperment. The only problem is that i cant find any in illinois. I live near Waterloo if thats helps. If anyone knows any shelters or breeders with PUREBRED finnish spitz that would be great. And i have searched petfinder and i had no luck finding any close. Any help finding the dog or any info about the dog would be greatly appreciated.
