Why are some Christians so quick to judge when Jesus clearly stated, "Judge not..." LK 6:37 & Mt 7:1?

It gives validation to all of the depravity they experience. Not in a moral or ethical sense, but when you spend all day reading the bible and memorizing pages and interpreting every little part of the bible to justify your beliefs, you would like to think that it was all worth it.
