I'm looking for a nice, dependable vehicle not expensive.?

Need a reliable vehicle that looks nice, not under a 95 model, not picky about type as long as the motor and transmission is in good condition. Near Panama City, Florida. Don't want to go through a car lot, don't want payments, looking to buy straight up for under $2000.00........PLEASE HELP!!!!!
