My buddy and I kept our ski rentals.. Are we in trouble?? Will we pay?

They didn't take a credit card or check? I live in texas and they make us do that just to rent a tube just to float down the river. If ALL they have is just your name and address then I think you're both in the clear. Honestly, I may have done the same thing. You never know. Maybe someone from that shop took them back to their shop...maybe not. but you never know. Since you faked everything else anyways why would you go back and do "the right thing" lol. Good luck!
