What is Italy's standpoint on the H1N1 Virus?

I just joined the Model United Nations club at my school. I have to write one paper on what Italy is doing for the virus H1N1, which is the swine flu. I have to support Italy's decisions on what they are doing. To be honest I have no clue what I'm doing. Can anyone help me? Thanks
