PCOD and trying to conceive?

Hi. I have been trying for a baby since 1 year and have been diagnosed with PCOD.I am taking glyciphage. My periods didn't come for 6 months and every time my doc have me med to induce them. Last month my doc gave me siphene and i had 4 follicles and ovulated by self but no success and this month also i ovulated and took duphaston but my periods due date was yester considering 33 days cycle. My pregnancy test is also negative.I am really v tensed.I have ovulated so my periods should come for sure this time,,right???can the pregnancy test be false?
