Is there a such thing as a death claw king on fallout 3?

I have found that all of the enemies on fallout 3 are pretty easy to kill though the death claws are pretty tough. then a friend of mine told me that if i kill enough death claws then a "death claw king" would come after me. if so how many death claws do you have to kill to face the death claw king? also is there a special super mutant behemoth that comes after you after you kill the 5 super mutant behemoths?
