Im a student at a school and and currently making my end of year animation film and need some help/tips?

Im in year 11 abd working on my animation with my friend, i want to achieve a high grade and put as much effort in as i can, my film is about zombies in a hospital, doesn't sound much but its what we wanted to do and there's no going back, i have a script and a few props made by myself. I just want some tips and advice in how to keep on focus and what kind of things i need to so, i havent told you alot but, things like, where to get supplies e.g for a hospital bed. Just general help and genuine answers, thank you,,,, oh and please don't be saying "what do you want to know. or things like that, as i cannot reply, Oh and does anyone know where i can get a copy of itsopmotion ? free or bought? i like in the UK .. thank you :)
