Hypothetically speaking, if you became dictator of the country in which you live,...?

hmmm - not sure I would want to be a dictator to rule over all this ice and snow up here in Canada. But I would enact a law that allows you to have as many mates as you want and no religion can persecute you for it...because you know...all the snow and ice - you need as much warm bodies to keep you comfy in winter.
