How can I get my tv, aerial and freeview box to work?

i got an aerial company to come and set mine up i needed a new aerial aswell though i bought a set top aerial but there not very good they get a lot of interferance, i live in sheffield so i got jm aerials to come an sort it, email them jmaerials@yahoo.co.uk.
