Bachelors in COmputer Science or ociates in Computer Programming with Microsoft Certifications?

I am in a Dilemma here and would like some good opinions from people who have CS OR CP degrees or who have traveled down a similar path. I am 24 years old and I've been putting off college for a long time now and just been working lame Customer service jobs(making good money at $14/hr, but not stable and I hate customer service). I did some programming in Visual Basics when I was around 21 and got certified, but I haven't continued Programming since. I want to know if it's better to get a Bachelors in Computer Science or Get an ociate degree with computer certifications, such as, A+,NETWORK+, CISCO certs, Microsoft Certs? Please help, I still live at home with my parents and I'm not proud of this fact. I am willing to put in 100% effort towards which ever path i chose. Thanks in advance
