Should i get my hair cut?

I would get it cut to about your shoulders and maybe a little longer and then get it layered and colored. My friend did that and now her hair looks wonderful! i would advise not to get it too short because if you don't like it then you only have 2 options: wait for your hair to grow some (ugh) or get it shorter. I think shoulder's length would be best or maybe a little past. Well good luck!
