Wma and mp3 files on itunes?

Have you added the files to your iTunes Library? If you don't let it add the tracks, it won't be able to see them or sync them to any attached device. If you have not done this, in iTunes, go to the File menu and select the Add Folder to Library option. Find the location of your music on your hard drive (the My Music folder is the default rip folder for Windows Media Player) and let iTunes scan for files. They should then be added to your library. Also, though it take a long time, iTunes can do any necessary file conversion for you from wma to mp3 or aac formats.
