Why do the 49ers still think they're relevant?

as a niners fan, i hear the same thing heck i even say it sometimes. we just want to be proud again. every fan says the same thing about their team. i hear it about the seahawks all the time. how relevant are they, really?. the rams are probably going to run the division for a couple years sam bradford is a good qb and may be what the rams need. the seahawks, cardinals, and 49ers are the same one good player from being good and that player is a QB. i am hoping the niners have a bad year and get andrew luck next year he already knows harbaughs offense, he is even teaching kaepernick how to run it.
