Should I call her I like her...?

me and my friend went to the same middle school she dated some I knew and I dated someone she knew but never knew eachother till freshmen year and last day of school I asked for her friends number then hers and I called her we talked for a while about ourselfs and set a day to hang out well it was getting late the day and I called her but no answer oh by the way it's her moms phone but she uses it and I don't know if I should call her again or not? its been a while sence this happen anyone? You think she blew me off? This happened like last month just havnt called her ...school starts in a month and we are both going to be sopres...but I also had a dream about my x so I don't know what to do
